Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ZUVI WORLD. We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for important delivery information.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value:

  • Standard Delivery: ₹99.00
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of ₹2,000.00 and above

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days throughout India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM (IST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST), on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed Deliveries While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Natural disasters or other unexpected events

If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Changes If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Missing or Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement (subject to product availability), or
  • A full refund.
