Only Organic double gauze. Each batch inspected for consistency, weight (GSM), and colour accuracy before production begins.

Pre-washed in fragrance-free water
All fabric is washed before cutting — removing any manufacturing residue and pre-shrinking so the finished product holds its size and shape through life.

Hand-cut to precision patterns
Each piece is cut by hand, one-at-a-time. Not stacked — cut individually. Every piece is accurate to within 2mm.

Stitched with French seams
Every internal seam is a French seam or bound seam. Twice as long to make. Zero raw edges inside. Worth it, always.

12-point quality inspection
Seams, hardware, labels, sizing, finish quality — each piece checked by hand before it is folded, pressed, and approved for packaging.
