You may return your order within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a defective item, you may raise a claim within a reasonable timeframe.
Depending on the situation, we may request the item to be returned for inspection.
If so, we will guide you through the process and cover applicable costs.
If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery,
a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
